2. No Refund on Listings :-

Once a property listing or promotional service is activated on Brizzhome, no refund will be provided, including but not limited to:

– Rental or sale not finalized

– No inquiries or responses received

– User dissatisfaction with results

– Early removal or deletion of listings by the user

All services are considered digital and non-refundable once delivered.

3. Payment Gateway Charges :-

Any payment made on Brizzhome is processed through a third-party payment gateway.

Gateway fees, taxes, or service charges (if applicable) are non-refundable under all circumstances.

4. Duplicate or Failed Payments :-

In case of a duplicate payment or failed transaction where the amount is debited but service is not activated, users may contact us with valid proof.

After verification, the eligible amount (excluding gateway charges) may be refunded within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation Policy :-

Brizzhome does not support cancellation of services once activated.

Users are advised to review service details carefully before making any payment.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks :-

Any misuse of chargeback or payment dispute mechanisms without valid reason may lead to account suspension.

7. Policy Changes :-

Brizzhome reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated policy.
